What is your usual turnaround time?
I try to fulfill requests within 1 - 3 days of receiving them!
Can I ask multiple questions?
Of course! The more the merrier.
Are there times where you refuse your services?
- If you try to bargain with me on my prices.
- If you are disrespectful.
- If you persistently book readings on the same subject to get the answer you want.
How do I get a reading?
- Schedule an appointment
- Send in your payment via Cash App, PayPal, or Venmo
- Within 3 days, you will be contacted about your reading!
Do I have to pay when I book?
That's your choice! I can take payment upfront or at the time of the appointment.
What are your hours?
Sunday - Saturday from 12:00 PM CST - 7:00 PM CST
What is your no-show policy?
For hour-long readings, I will wait 25 minutes for you to show up to your reading after the start of your appointment before marking it as a no-show. For shorter readings, I will wait 10 minutes before marking it as a no-show. After two consecutive no-shows, I will ask for a $15 deposit from you for future readings. Extenuating circumstances such as a family or medical emergency of course will always be considered.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds will be issued at my discretion.
